Owl Tie

The Owl Tie is one of the most impressive awards a pupil at Shiplake can receive. Very few are awarded each year, as to receive one a pupil has to show outstanding contributions in not just one, but many areas of College life. Kit Bowerin was a well deserved recipient today in Senior Assembly, when presented by Mr Brown, Senior and College Housemaster, the words "impressive contribution and selflessness in everything that he does" reflected Kit's involvement in all aspects of Shiplake life. He gives of his best in the classroom, is a great Prefect and Head of House, and contributes fully to extra curricular activities, including rugby, tennis, DofE and CCF. Well done Kit from all in Everett House.
