The girls had their first match of the term on
Wednesday against Sir William Borlase, despite losing in the final quarter the
girls played very well and were in the lead at half time following an excellent
second quarter. Everett girls Annabel Seward and Lucy Collings were in the team, coach
Miss Porter was pleased with both of their performances but in particular
singled out Lucy’s excellent play at wing defence.
