Despite the wet weather it has been unseasonably mild.
Although I don’t expect the boys have noticed, it has resulted in the early blooming
of snowdrops and primroses in the orchard, on the banks on the way to the river
and behind Everett. A welcome splash of spring colour, although the primroses have
been well munched by the slugs!
