On Monday night most of Everett Y10 and a few brave seniors left for Pirbright Army camp. They slept outdoors in shelters constructed themselves and in the morning some boys were even found in them, others had rolled into ditches in the night! Despite the cold wet weather they enjoyed a day of tactical training, first aid, and blank firing exercises.
The Y11 and Y12 cadets had the luxury of a night at Shiplake before heading off to fire live rounds on the ranges.
