In Senior assembly on Wednesday morning the Headmaster gave
out certificates for the UK Senior Mathematical Challenge. Over 75000 pupils
entered and I was very pleased to see Jamie Mottram and Freddie Ireland receive
awards. This meant they came in the top 10% of all the UK entries. Jamie received
a Bronze certificate and Freddie Ireland a Silver certificate, Freddie also received
certificates for best in year and for the top performer in the school, well
done to both.
